La Casa
The home was completed in 2008 under the watchful eye of it's owners and their cocker spaniel Radda (hence the name CasaRadda). We choose this exact location for CasaRadda because you can hear the waves from every room of the casa and you can watch the waves break on the gorgeous white sand. CasaRadda is located in a full service gated community called El Encanto de la Laguna. When you arrive you will be greeted by smiling security guard - we will make sure they know you are arriving. Radda, our cocker spaniel mentioned above, can attest that CasaRadda is a very dog friendly destination - there is even a dog bed here for dog guests and miles of beach for running and playing. Casa Radda comfortabily sleeps 8It has 4 bedrooms and 5 baths. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with king beds, large walk in closets, and private baths. The 3rd bedroom in the main house has a king size bed (very comfortable fold out sleeper sofa), a private bath and flat screen TV for watching your favorite movies. The 4th bedroom in the casita above the garage is a private suite with queen bed, kitchenette, and private bath. Outdoor living at CasaRaddaThe outdoor terraces and pool areas are unbeatable. Enjoy your private infinity edge swimming pool, hot tub with water fall edge, gas fire pit, professional outdoor BBQ grill with rotissire, comfy palapa bar with outdoor sink, ice maker and fridge, and swim up bar with underwater stools. The outdoor terrace is furnished with comfortable Cane Line sofas and lounge chairs, and offers many places to hang out and enjoy the sun or full/partial shade ... you choose! Listen to tunes through the outdoor speakers, and watch the migrating whales November thru March without ever leaving the terrace. The Beach

CasaRadda sits on the beach overlooking the gorgeous Sea of Cortez just outside of San Jose del Cabo at the southern-most tip or the Baja, Mexico. The south facing setting enables you to enjoy sun rises and sun sets!
CasaRadda offers a large open living and dining area furnished in a simple contemporary - Zen style. Large pocket doors unfold onto the pool-side dining table which seats 8 to 10. Inside, the chefs kitchen has a gas range and cooktop, 2 dishwashers , a wet bar with bar seating and everything you need to create prepare anything from homemade guacamole to a Thanksgiving Feast! The indoor living area is relaxing and comfortable but more than likely you will spend 90% of your time out door on of the terraces!
Take a cup for coffee or a glass of wine and walk down a beautifully landscaped path to the beach. There are no hotels on our beach so it is a very serene and private setting. The beach is one of the best running or strolling beaches we have found (we searched all over Mexico, Italy and Costa Rica for a nice long running beach).
